::曾有一段時間，常在下午來圖書館，用他們的場所，看自己的書，看累了，就翻那兒的漫畫書，一次可以打發一兩個小時。 裡面的Taipei Free 無線網路效果不是很好，堪用吧。 偶爾看到常客，善於利用公共的場所服務。暑假期間，來的人更多，順便享受免費的空調。。身為台北市民，我還蠻喜歡這圖書館。

::很多人都說沒開冷氣 那是因為那時候他們的空調壞了 公告貼在電梯那邊 那裡的漫畫真的非常多 小時候的回憶啊～～ 再來就是真的很希望10樓的自習空間 能有個隔板啊... 不習慣跟別人面對面 有種不自在的感覺 很多市立圖書館都有了 希望中崙能跟進

::Great and amazing library! Many mangas! Even if you are not Taipei citizen you can still go in and read manga in the library for free! Most of them are in Chinese, but there are still a few English magazines related to animation. 台北市立圖書館最棒的分館之一，漫畫分館。小時候的回憶!
