    服務態度的確差到爆.包裹郵件區一位女的沒給客人好臉色過.給收據找錢常是用力捶放在桌上,從客人手中拿件感覺就是忿忿搶取,從不客氣.只有跟她同事聊天時才有笑臉.非不得已不去.離去時也曾不想說謝謝.即使客人再多,也是一件一件完成,又不是一群人圍在櫃檯造成作業困難,一二次態度差還可接受原諒,長期如此就是自身修養問題,的確是基本待人接物的禮貌都沒有.那裏有2個特點:1.男生服務態度都比女生好.尤其是一位高瘦待了很久的先生.對比之下,郵局應該給他獎勵.很可惜那些人沒有耳濡目染修養自身.2.匯款寄包裹郵件同一樓,不用上下跑.曾納悶怎麼都沒人檢舉.無意發現此評論區.

    部分櫃檯人員缺乏訓練，經常出錯。如不認識 "United States" 是美國而輸入成英國，反應後竟告知「你應該寫 U.S.A. 啊！」；或將應寄往美國的掛號郵件寄至澳洲後消失無蹤，靠自己鍥而不捨的詢問一年多才得到賠償（依條款規定金額須扣掉掛號費不賠，損失只能自認倒楣）；託運單上清楚寫著「日本国」的包裹竟也會誤輸入成寄往美國，幸好當天查詢發現此問題後立即打電話告知郵局更正，才沒有造成大錯。建議在此寄件者務必確認掛號執據！無執據的包裹當天要在網路上查詢是否有正確輸入寄件國別，以免發現對方失誤時已經來不及補救。
