  比較他行，這裡的態度真的太讓人灰心失望，我申請提款卡補發，等了半個月，沒有電話通知，更在申請時不斷中斷我的業務，總是先行辦理那些在我看起來就像是”大客戶”的客人，很讓人灰心，礙於薪轉，不然我大概不會再來和使用這個帳戶，也真的很希望他們能看到這邊的評論，能有自覺這個嚴重的待客態度和客戶分門別類大小眼的問題。

  The English name of this bank should be Taiwan Uncooperative Bank. Imagine going into a bank to do some relatively straightforward thing like changing your pin number on your ATM card and having to go through the ringer. It took them 30 minutes to do and they charged me for the service. Opening the account was also a nightmare, despite my passport and Taiwan ID saying otherwise, I kept getting called an American by the ignorant staff who made me wait for 45min while they jerked me around that time. I've been with them for 2+ years and cannot recommend them. I only use this account as a piggy bank / holding account now. I'd recommend China trust to anyone new in Taiwan looking to open an account. Forget this bank.
