  設備雖然沒有到很多連鎖的健身房那麼好 卻應有盡有 櫃台人員也都十分熱心 加上我本身不愛冷氣 這裡都是自然風讓我一來就愛上

  One of the few gyms that accept single entrance at a decent price (200 NTD). Very wide range of equipment for aerobic, weight and power lifting. Main disadvantage is the lack of air conditioning and short term passes. There are no classes but there is a personal trainer service.

  Quiet. All the equipments for basic exercise is reliable.

  Have all the equipment including free weights and squatracks you need for a good workout. Not the gyms fault, but they can enforce a better gym etiquette by restacking weights..
