  早餐菜色少，分份量不足，服務差，連基本的餐具欠東欠西的，請服務員幫忙還要看臉色，價格貴。

  感覺還不錯是第二次去，當月壽星又可半價（是3人中壽星1位半價）場地很大食物很棒（5星主廚）

  Lovely hotel in Taipei. It's a bit dated though. Need some tender loving care. Breakfast in the Club lounge was quite good: almost full continental breakfast with a few local cuisines. Location is also good as it's close to a metro station. Thus, one could take the train from the airport to the hotel. Well, I opted for the hotel's limo instead just to give my son a treat in a C350 Benz.

  在B3吃圍爐宴中式桌菜，第二道菜海鮮鍋在瓦斯爐只開中小火加熱不到十分鐘尚未煮沸，砂鍋自動破裂，白菜和湯汁流出來，用餐桌面淹水，慶幸小孩在桌邊玩沒坐在位子上，連隔壁桌也是如此慘況，鍋子破裂解體誇張；全場的海鮮鍋和瓦斯爐被收走，送回廚房重新加熱，乾等約半小時鍋才重新上桌，依舊滿滿的排料，舀不到湯的鍋，熱度也不到冒煙燙的程度，全家人傻眼及失望。 冬天圍爐宴沒有一道鹹的熱湯可以暖胃，最後只能等溫的甜湯。 打包回家的海鮮鍋，半鍋以上都是沒煮爛煮透紅白蘿蔔和白菜，還是沒有湯，和預期中的火鍋完全不同，鴨爪豬蹄肉只有川燙過沒味道卻沒附沾醬。 冷氣太冷，服務員太少，和服務人員續杯茶或果汁很困難要等很久，服務品質糟。
