  I adore this place! Delicious smoothie bowls (the only place I've found these in Kaohsiung) and pretty good salads too (customizable). I highly recommend the smoothie bowls! Prices are reasonable. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating and the wonderful owner speaks English (they also have English menus).

  I ate here for breakfast and lunch on the days I was visiting Kaohsiung. I loved how friendly the staff was, and the food was so delicious. It is healthy and made with love. There are so many options and variety, that I did not mind to eat here everyday. The vibe is relaxed. I am so glad there was a place like this in Kaohsiung. They work 8-8 so you can pop in often :) Thank you for the great experience and delicious, healthy food.

  Not bad. Its rare to find these kind of salad bars in taiwan, more so in the south. Decent shop
