  This is probably the most poorly designed malls I have ever been to. Everything about seems intent on making it more difficult for customers to get in and out with ease. Even getting into the mall is annoying, which forces people go out of their way to cross a diagonal bridge for no particular reason.

  Nice new mall. It has exclusive stores that other malls in Tainan dont have. Like Gap, Zara, etc.

  - Difficult to find parking, may need to wait, so popular. + Popular for movies and shopping, as well as dining. - Not open during the Chinese New Year but did not post schedule of open hours.
