  I shop here only because it’s conveniently located and there are several stores, however, I wouldn’t shop here if there were more grocery store options. The staff at the Renai branch is full of super moody cashiers, with a couple of nice ones thrown in. One of the cashiers has had several complaints made against her for poor customer service, and yet they won’t fire her. If you're going to call your store Wellcome Mart, then walk your talk and be more wellcoming and respectful towards your customers. Also, it would be nice if there was more space to put groceries, as well as conveyor belts to put groceries on top, like in the US, as the set-up makes it very inconvenient and stressful for customers with the limited space and then having to manually push groceries towards the cashier by hand.

  仁愛路這家服務態度很差，曾買過好幾次發黴產品，結帳時常出錯誤，促銷產品會忘記幫你扣掉，要記得看收據噢
