  Staff are friendly, thank you to the team for making our short trip a good one. I don’t remember their names but I remember Rick from the lobby bar - very friendly and he did a good job of setting the right expectation about wait time when we ordered food. He said it would be slightly longer as the kitchen was busy. Simple but effective communication. In terms of constructive feedback - the Vietnamese spring rolls and beef noodles we ordered at the lobby were not good, I think the food quality rates low compared to local fare which is a disappointing experience. Please up the standard here. Also our TV had some problems but the staff were quick to fix it. Lastly, upon arrival someone had vomited in the lobby near the car park elevator. Not realising I nearly slipped as the floor was all wet but not a single staff there to guide customers.

  It's wonderful hotel,great amenities and warm hearted staff. I must say this is one the best hotel I can rate in terms of hospitality. I have several reasons for that, but the biggest one is I given a remark while booking that I am vegetarian..And voila they have good indian veg food for me. Secondly the chauffeur came to pick me from airport was very good, he has all the documents for smooth chec in...the moment I was picked ...My room was ready and check-in formality was all done before my arrival. A staff received me and directly took me to my room.. Explained all required information and assured that my vegetarian choice food will be taken care of...I got discount also on my food. Staff is very friendly here and I must recommend this hotel for stay in Tainan. You won't regret.

  Luxurious, especially for the price. The rooms are spectacular in the Horizon Club. The restaurants are classy and capable. The amenities (pool, gym, etc) are very nice and easily accessible. The staff have been superb! ... My only complaint is that there isn't a more casual bar/restaurant. I am on an extended stay and would like to feel more relaxed, but every thing here is very formal. A small complaint of a very impressive hotel. FIVE STARS without a doubt.

  I am currently staying on 2603 room till the Friday 27 April 2018. Found everything to be fantastic. As a person who is currently working in a hotel in Singapore, I found the service levels here to be impeccable. And as a hotelier myself, I know the importance of compliment letters like this. Though I didn't note down the names of the staff, but please direct my sincere thanks and compliments to these staff: • Horizon Club: The ladies working in the afternoon to evening on 24/4/18. One was at the front counter and the other being a server. Firstly, I was amazed how the front counter lady remembered me from my first visit to the lounge the day before. Being gracious and kind, the server even asked if I needed more tea when I finished mine and didn't even request for more. What attention! • Front Desk: Nice and kind. Though I didn't interact with them much after check-in, professionalism was maintained well. • Housekeeping: As a person who cleaned rooms before, I was amazed the level of consistency maintained. All toiletries were replenished and special requests (additional bottles) were placed promptly. Please help me to credit the housekeeper(s) who cleaned room 2603 from 23/4/18 to 26/4/18 while I was in-house. Thank you! I will ask for their names if possible and write a thorough review upon check-out on Tripadvisor. Well done and keep up the good work!

  Everything was very nice. The only negative thing I would say is the breakfast is very pricey (compare to local prices), and the taste was quite average. Perhaps it's convenient, especially for families with children, as the breakfast cafe's setting was very nice and the buffet does offer wide range of options. Another thing I noticed was, the hotel's quote for arrival pick up from HSR station is $400 per person, where you could jump into a taxi with up to 4 people for just under $400 a ride. Unless you have a few large luggage bags, or your booking comes with complimentary pick up, taxi seems to be more economical way to go. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in visiting Tainan.
