  把原有的眷村部分整理爲公民會館，除了展覽廳之外，另外有提供地區特色的介紹圖片及家用舊工具設備作爲常展使用。

  Cool little place that retains it's history. It's like a little time capsule. There is a cool cafe with antique furnitures. There are also an outdoor market that sells artsy things.

  於平日造訪四四南村，有舊眷村建築在這個臺北市內相當發達的地方形成的特殊景象。新舊建築在這裡互相和應，可以親身感受在1949年後，來自中國的移民所留下來的起居建築。園區內有相當多的文化創意產業商店，販賣各種具有懷舊風格或是有臺灣特色的紀念品，相信是所有來訪臺灣的外籍人士，抓住一個可以回憶臺灣旅程商品的所在。
