  Free multiple breakfast choices, free pick up service to the nearest airport, free Wi-Fi, free water bottles, free access to a desktop and a printer at the 1st floor. Three languages are printed on their menu, signs and etc. At least, a receptionist can speak pretty good English. The owner of this hotel probably must be very demanding in order to survive in the cruel and competitive market. Nevertheless, there are certain things needed to improve in the near future. For example, lighting in the room isn't good for reading or writing at all. Furthermore, towels shall be put in the bathroom rather than at the bed. The isolation wall between bed and bathroom isn't well built. Therefore, the noise from taking a shower could be trouble for the other passenger who wants to sleep early. Nothing is perfect; this hotel indeed does it best.

  At most a two star hotel, maybe even 1.5 hotel. This is my comparing it to a Motel 8 in the US. (I prefer staying at a Motel 8) Air conditioning doesn’t work, it’s humid, the WiFi goes in and out, and worse... mosquitoes in the hotel room! The only bright side to this place, it is walkable to a few department stores, and provides free shuttle to/from airport (minimum 30 minute car ride)

  It's pretty convenient for those people need to get up early and take the shuttle bus to airport. It doesn't matter how early your flight is, the staff will prepare breakfast for you.

  High humidity. Room has no control over AC temp. Only fan speed. The plus side is good customer service and ok breakfast and has free shuttle transportation to airport.

  Room smelled musty and of old cigarettes even though it is a non-smoking room. The breakfast was free but we didn't get what we ordered. The coffee is very weak. They provide condoms. That is nice and not something I've seen before. However they do not provide q-tip swabs. They also provide toothbrush and paste as well as shampoo and a comb. Wi-Fi was very spotty.
