    紅燒牛肉麵的湯不是熬出來的，像加了豆乳醬調出來的味道，店家應該用心在料理材料上，多試試別家店的紅燒，應該不會是用材料調和的味道，麵是細麵，雖說一般牛肉麵是寬麵居多，但細麵也與該店家的湯頭不合。 味精放超級多，吃完後一直喝水，一直感到口渴。
