櫃台人員交待不清預約機制，事先打電話詢問說不用預約直接現場掛號，到了之後又說要預約，變成白跑一趟！建議請櫃台人員有耐心的說明清楚避免當冤大頭。

醫生很好但是護士很誇張貼尿袋都沒在消毒清潔的消毒是護理界最最最基本的工作欸!!!!!!!!!
