    老闆阮惠玉小姐係越南新娘，來台已16年。原只賣三星蔥油餅，現加入"越南特色美食"→生牛肉河粉;在景美接觸到"牛肉河粉",便深深獨鍾"生牛肉河粉"。有點類似"台南牛肉湯",生牛肉不用煮，用熬煮八個鐘頭以上的特別調製的滾燙牛肉湯，沖燙生牛肉，搭配越南特有的醬汁，擠滴鮮檸檬，再加入些許蒜片，特製辣椒鹽，真是人間美味。給中壢新明夜市的國際多元文化元素，又增添一頁。
