  This place is quite old and hasn’t been renovated for years (or decades!). It’s usually dark and cold. The worst thing about it is that the computers malfunction all the time and scores are faulty. On the other hand, the staff is nice, there is a decent snack bar, lots of seating and hockey and basketball games for younger kids to entertain themselves.

  Historic Bowling palace. With high ceilings and no columns between lanes.

  It is a nice place to go, plenity of space even if is on weekends, there are several activities you can do here other than bowling, including some arcade, billar, and darts, there is also a bar with soft and alcoholic drinks, you are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks, but you are allowed to eat or drink if you buy something in the stablishment.

  The equipment there is very old. We had 2 lanes and both of them registered hits even if we missed every pin. We did ask the staff if we can get another lane but they just told us that it is old and doesn't work well anymore. Nevertheless we had to pay the full price.

  0分 - 員工態度是我人生遇過最差的，機器全部壞掉了，都顯示出錯的分數 This deserves a 0 star. Disgusting. Terrible. All of the machines were broken. You knock down 8 pins, you get 2 points. You throw the ball in the gutter, it gives you a strike. We pointed out the problem and rather than being apologetic or fixing the issue, they kept giving us a bad attitude and were incredibly rude everytime we had issues . It kept happening - and eventually started happening after every single ball. Finally we got staff to come watch, and every single ball he would have to adjust and fix the score. We asked to switch lanes, and he kept insisting that there was nothing wrong with the machine (despite the fact that he's standing there correcting the incorrect scores every ball). We complained enough that they finally switched us... And the new machine was broken too! It wouldn't reset pins, and it kept freezing. We didn't get a single game without piss poor attitude, scoring issues, pin resetting issues - unbelievable. And everytime we pointed out a problem, they would scold us and tell us we were being unreasonable. They told us to shut up and play without caring about the score. We left , no refund , no anything. Truly a miserable place. Customer service in Taiwan is usually amazing - but this place is an exception. This place takes bad service to a whole new level - you pay them money and then they treat you like dirt. Disgusting. NEVER GO HERE. I've never written an online review before in my life, but this was beyond disappointing. I guess there's a first for everything....
