  School and art supplies store. Good selection of art papers. Not great for painting or clay.

  Has pretty much anything you would want for DIY, Arts, Crafts, and stationary. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. English is a rarity, but holding up your phone with the specific item in Chinese works fine. Some prices are more expensive than 小北, but its worth it.
