Noodles are good. Radish (red) for winter and spinach (green) for summer, a pleasure for both the eyes and the taste buds. Also don't miss out on the braised organs - especially the intestines and the pigs blood cakes, creamy. Probably the most underknown eateries among Tainan 'snacks'.
