  Very awful service. Before changing the battery of my iPhone 6+, they did the health check at site and said my battery is still healthy. They didn’t say that it’s not necessary to change. I said the performance turned so poor ever since the OS upgrade. Then they processed the change, so far the service attitude was ok until I waited for nearly 2 hrs, a guy came to meeith my phone. I asked if I can get back the old battery, like you said, it’s actually 89% good condition, he said no. He said Apple never let client take back the parts. I asked: so my battery is irrelevant to the poor performance? He said: in your case, yes, your battery didn’t lower speed... I : but your CEO said that, you offered the plan for customers, you encourage customers to change battery to keep the performance with new iOS. He: we never encouraged anyone, where did you see that? On our website? You must be influenced by the media. I: why I found my phone turned so weak and was not stable right after OS 11.2 upgrade? He: it may be other issue in your phone. I wondered why they didn’t tell me clearly that it’s not necessary to switch the battery “before” the work is done. He: it depends, some people have 93% good battery life but still wants to change. I said: if you told me that clearly before the change, I would just keep my old one and save my money. In addition, the NEW battery is only 25% power left. this service sucks.

  Very crowded and slow service. They have a poor system where you need to make a reservation, but then still need to wait in queue for a long time. Need to wait 3 times for a new service request - 1st to confirm your reservation, 2nd to see a Genius Bar staff to confirm what you want to do, and 3rd time to see an engineer to help you with the problem. There is no separate Genius Bar service area but just waiting and sitting in part of showroom area. Apple promotes good design and easy to use, but whoever designed this store layout and Genius Bar system does not follow these ideas.

  Five stars for Chinese service, but 98% of the staff doesn't speak English, or enough English to provide customer service in that language. If that's what you need, Hong Kong is your best bet.

  Worst Apple store ever. Doesn’t even have AirPort Extreme in stock but claims they do. Waited over an hour for no able to fix it. Apple does NOT participate in the parking coupon. I had to pay 200nt for parking even I bought a computer. And there is NO bag for it, unless you pay. You should provide paper bag OK?! Advice: never ever come here.

  It's a hit and miss service. Your overall experience will depend on who you gonna talk to, some staff are extremely helpful and friendly, some are little proud and annoyed. Usually their Genius bar appointment times are almost always full and time they take to fix your device is rather long. They have quite many staffs in store, i wish they had same many staffs that do the actual fixing, so that people don't need to wait that long. Overall it's still good place, i think its reasonable that they're always busy due to being the only apple store in a country.
