::A place where you can enjoy the local specialty- seafood and milkfish congee. The food itself is quite nice. But the place is a bit messy. And the owner has his own attitude which means you can not expect any service. They even kick you out when they are "not in the mood for selling." I would recommend it to someone who is "easygoing".
