  Incompetent , remittance takes 10 days , sender bank said 3 to 4 days , only 12000ntd and the fees deducted directly is 450nt

  I've remitted money to Taiwan twice. Both times, my money was channeled through Bank of America (BoA) before being deposited in my Taiwanese (local bank) account, and both times, the money mysteriously got stuck in the BoA system for 2 weeks. Enquiries from me and the local bank brought no results. The people at BoA seemed to not have the faintest idea what was going on or what was to be done. Totally unprofessional and incompetent.

  Nothing they can do at this branch. They only focus on corp acct.
