::It is a talk bar for one, so only male customers. For two, they cannot make mixed drinks primarily because, as they say, that their bartender is not there--even a whisky on the rocks has to be poured by a bartender. This place is not very friendly. Only beers and liquer by the whole bottle are available without a bartender. How the hell is the bar even opperational when everyone working there cannot satisfy a customer and no techical bartender?
