::玩的遊戲區部分算很棒，場地夠大設施夠多，也都還算很新有保養，但服務人員態度有待加強，【餐點部分扣很大分數，餐點貴就算了，重點份量少，也沒很好吃，樣式又少，失敗】

::平日早上去，櫃台人員推薦有熊星卡可購買，但我告知小孩是本月壽星（小孩）可免費一次，櫃台人員還是很親切完全沒臭臉。當下店員也告知目前有幼稚園來校外教學，所以再加贈一小時時間玩，我覺得這樣的措施還不錯。小孩哭了店員大姐姐還會來安慰。幼稚園小朋友離開後，馬上有店員開始整理歸類玩具。整體來說比第一次來玩時印象好很多

::staff were friendly... noticed one blank-faced girl dodging screaming kids... she didn't look too happy... but then she lit up the stage with her sunny-smile face and jumped around... after the commotion, i saw her playing on her phone... i get it, though... then one of my sons slips and bangs his nose... blood everywhere... wife's in a panic... the staff were there straight away offering tissues and their sympathy... overall, kids had a great time... that's all that matters...

::小孩當天同時報名爬行比賽跟抓周遊戲.兩個不同時段但是中間差不到一小時.因為有長輩陪同想說先出去吃中餐在進來(因為折價卷也只能折飲料服務態度又差😞)詢問過後答案是在進來要再收費用!真的很誇張.原本報名就先轉帳費用了,早上10點報到因為多了2大人1小孩又繳$700下午還有一場抓周(已付)還要在收費一次是有沒有那麼黑心ㄚ.想要好好的全家人留個紀念卻是一肚子氣回家!連下午抓周都不願意去了.超不爽!!反正貴場所只是要錢而已嘛!既已轉帳就送你啦~ 我是板橋在地人!絕對會告知身邊親友千萬不要去受氣又花冤枉錢!!
