  請問該醫院紅線外不能站嗎？打個電話被莫名的廣播不能抽煙 請問本人有點煙嗎 超大聲是怎麼了 打電話被說抽煙 廣播還那種口氣 在問一下急診室往右手邊的木頭樓梯那邊可以抽煙哦 廣播沒多久看到的那以後在那邊抽就好了嗎！

  I made an appointment to see a specialist, the director of the department, upon recommendation from other doctors in the area. Ultimately I didn't leave with any additional recommendations or knowledge, there was no privacy, the doctor didn't seem very concerned with really understanding my issue, everything was very rushed (consultation and examination took 4-5 minutes total), prescribed medication seems to have worsened the problem, and it kind of felt like a big waste of time and money.

  Horrible doctors. They never talked to me about anything. I didn't know if I was supposed to do physical therapy or when I was supposed to get the hardware they put in taken out.

  Tzu Chi is known for its kind and friendly service to patients and family members. However, if you are from overseas and calling to your family members who are hospitalize. Then it is hard to communicate with them due to lack of English proficiency of customer service facility in the hospital. This creates a lot of problem even though you are trying to contact your dearest and closest family members. I HOPE in the near future we can get BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE since Tzu Chi is a reputed hospital with many foreign patients.
