::I had a lens malfunction here that was out of warranty. The wait was a little long when i got to the shop, but once it was my turn, they were able to provide service in English. They fixed my lens (replaced a faulty aperture) in a few days less than their estimate. Of course it wasn't cheap, but it wasn't outrageous. The service was basically the same quality as another Canon service center I took a lens to in Shinjuku, Japan.
