::NO THOUGHT FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN'T READ CHINESE! Unlike most Carrefours, you have to register to access free wifi - and the registration screen is only in Chinese. Same with the in-store posters advertising wifi service. Thanks for nothing Carrefour :-( Otherwise it's pretty much like any other Carrefour in Taiwan - not much labelled in English. Not welcoming to Non-Chinese readers!
