    一個數位KOKO帳戶驗證抽號碼牌差1號等30幾分鐘等不到，台新Richard都還開專門櫃台，前後不到5分鐘，不想做這塊業務可以不用推這個服務，唯一就是服務人員態度不錯

    現在連一般櫃台都要推銷信用卡，整個服務水準低落。 這分行到底給員工多少推卡壓力，不專心處理客服需求，造成我得再去一次才能解決。 不如改成信用卡分行，就只處理信用卡，其他不處理，也處理不好。
