    臺北市具有教育性，娛樂性，紀念性結合爲一體的特色公園。附近爲早期的紐扣街營業社區，而且爲小型茶葉製造工廠。園區内有紐扣形狀的公共藝術作品，稱爲紐扣獅造型的兒童游戲設施，地上刻畫有各種茶葉的製造流程説明。還有日治期的福興宮土地廟，遮雨休息區，及環保厠所。
