  Overall the hotel facility is great and the room is big enough. Like the shower area is very good as it has shower, toilet and bath tab area which is separated individually. Mirror is enough in the room. Free phone provided and which guest can bring out from the room for free local phone call and basic internal access if we do not have buy the local simcard during our visit. Near to train station and just next to Family Mart. It is very convenient. We stay 5D4N and there is 1.5 hours happy hour located at Level 7 with free flow beer and snacks. Besides that the VIP lounge is for all guests with coffee, tea and some snacks from morning around 7.30am till 10pm. However there was twice i went to the lounge and feel disappointed which the water for the coffee machine and tea was empty and i coundn't enjoy any drinks there. Staff are friends.

  今天入住高雄翰品，大概是今年在台灣住過最小而美的飯店了。雖然不是五星級的飯店，但是卻提供超過五星級的服務！ 尤其是房客可以在7樓享受到VIP LOUNGE的HAPPY HOUR，有酒可以小酌，提供的下酒菜也超級厲害的，最難忘的是滷蛋跟豆乾！ 再來很驚喜的是碰到廚師超級親切的服務，現做的熱壓吐司超好吃！希望下次再訪能有更驚喜的HAPPY HOUR！ 謝謝高雄翰品給我美好的回憶！

  吃那麼多場喜宴，第一次吃到每道都好吃的喜酒～海鮮又大又新鮮～大家吃到來不及拍照～吃到一半所有人都撐到後面只能品嚐味道後打包了！！！推薦給所有想在高雄辦喜酒的新人～（只剩下殘殼的螃蟹🦀️）～第一次有想幫飯店按讚的衝動⋯⋯服務的小男生也很勤奮態度很好～

  房間乾淨、寬敞、舒適，各項設施很齊全，整體環境也維護得很不錯。服務人員態度非常好，讓人有賓至如歸的感受，各項服務也很周到貼心，入住期間還有免費的4G手機可以借用，晚上特定時段還可以無限享用啤酒與點心，早餐品項豐富，很有誠意。入住過後還會想要再來。 酒店本身沒有停車場，是和對面的地下停車場合作，停車場還算寬敞，停車也頗方便，但是停好車後必須走過馬路才能到酒店，如果遇上下雨天的話會有些麻煩。 比較美中不足的地方是這裡離市區較遠，所以對於打算逛高雄市區的旅客來說，在交通方面稍微比較不方便一些。然而整體而言，仍是很值得入住的酒店。
