::I want this to be 5 stars but the meat is a bit tougher than other beef noodles. However, I have not found a more tasty beef broth in Taipei. The noodles also taste handmade.

::I do find this one of the best beef noodles I have tried in Taipei. Noodle is al dente, soup is tasty and beef is tender and has strong favor. Not cheap but good quality so it is worth it.
