  炸青花菜，入味有口感。 炸杏鮑菇，多汁入味。 炸豬腳，有創意，但調味一般，少了一點特色，且有點膩口，如果調味像北門鄭記豬腳一樣，多一點甘甜味就很讚。 炸糯米椒，沒去籽，籽的存在感很明顯。 炸角椒鑲肉，辣的好，配啤酒剛剛好。 炸花椒辣雞翅，微麻，有一點去肉腥味的米酒味，若用黄酒提味，酒香味可能會像醉雞一樣突出。 Carlsberg Beer，配炸物很讚。 手工巧克力芋泥餅，巧克力味突出，若再加一點薑味會怎樣呢？。

  Amazing little eatery, with a charming owner. I was looking for a place in Taipei where one can buy a delicacy, 炸滷豬腳, which I saw on a TV foodie show on a restaurant in Taichung. After googling for something similar all over Taipei, I couldn't find a single place. Then the chef/owner from 阿正廚坊found this little place for me. I ordered a portion to take out. Wow, it's delicious ! While waiting for the pork knuckles to be fried, we casually chatted with the owner. It's her birthday and she was so sweet to offer us a shot of Grappa. She speaks perfect and fluent English with a great personality. We will be back to see her soon. All in all, a rare find and a delightful discovery in Taipei.

  New cozy fried food here. The taste is ok not impressive but u still can give it a try.
