  服務人員整個都很差勁，不建議來這邊處理事務，別家的分行態度比她們好太多了

  甚麼時候這個花旗銀行分行正常化它的ATM呢？現在2018年1月2日下午2點故障了！ 2018.1.2 14:15 the only one ATM machine in this branch is out of order so if you are not the Taiwanese Citi Bank account holder please go to another branch until it's fixed. They say they don't know sure when it'll be fixed. When I've got updated information I will update it here. Thanks.
