  The WORST Citi branch in the world. Service is bad and staff is very inexperienced and rude. I came to this branch two times to try to open an account but they kept saying they were busy and can’t help me. How a bank can survive with this kind of service? They don’t care about their clients.

  Called to the local phone number stated for this branch for more than 10min. Nobody pick up.
