    我所見過效率最差的銀行! 開個戶從下午一點等到銀行關門都還沒等到~ 一般銀行到了就抽號碼牌等叫號，這裡硬要人下載APP然後耗費一堆時間操作......... 如果沒帶智慧手機怎麼辦!? 一個人開戶平均要30分鐘，等個2~3號就超過一個小時了! 這是什麼啊........... 整個下午都別做其他事了~
