The melting ice cream acts like vanilla sauce which matched the hot crispy chicken very much... Yummy! About the cotton candy popcorn chicken『棉花糖鹹酥雞』, we’re sorry that no better photo could be provided bz accidentally, in dining, we were interviewed by a Taichung TV travel program. Cotton candy collapsed after shot and hence no photo was left. Anyway, we still ate it. The slightly sweet cotton candy perfectly adjusted the salty crispy popcorn chicken which marinaded with 110 years old longan vinegar and fresh pineapple juice, hence chicken tasted so tender and juice. Fabulous!! Oh yes! We drank Los Tea 『羅氏秋水茶』to prevent us fm soar throat too. If fried chicken and beer 치백 are best friends in Korea, then popcorn chicken and Los Tea are best partner in Taichung. All in all, thanks for the kind shop keeper. She not only explained the menu to us in detail but also provided us a cup as a stand for the melting cotton candy. Her excellent service really earns a credit.
