1.基本上沒有大問題，退款很直接！但小心業務員的話語！奉勸不能遵守的期限就不要輕易答應消費者，會耽誤人家的旅遊行程的！ 2.票卷明明可以刷卡，硬要消費者只能付現，對於這種欺負消費者的業務員，大家要小心！
