  The staff here were so polite and helpful, like I was at a fancy restaurant. They suggested getting the nicer coffee for my Americano, explained the new bag system (cloth bags for 2nt), and even offered to reheat my roasted sweet potato because "it will taste even better." Even though it was very busy, they were attentive to each customer and had smiles for everyone. The whole experience put me in such a good mood!
