::Clean and spacious room. Great facilities both inside and outside the room. Washlet, electronic toilet seat, is comfy an convenient. There’s even a beautiful church for the purpose of both photo-taking and the wedding. Super fast elevator and you only need to wait 2-4 seconds with every ride. However there is one minor issue: it’s pretty hard to find the socket when you want to charge your devices.

::We recently stayed 7 nights. The room was comfortable but showed signs of wear and tear and poor maintenance e.g., the chair and ottoman had puncture holes/scrapes, walls have scrapes through the wallpaper to concrete, shower door plastic guard had extensive mold build up as did the metal brackets. The daily maid service did not include vacuuming and should have. The sheer drapes are in need of repair/refurbishing. Lamp shades need cleaning or replacing. The carpets in the elevator lobby were simply filthy on both the lobby level and 2nd floor. We brought this to the front desk staff's attending and they sent someone to vacuum it--both carpets either a deep cleaning or replacement. We had the family over for dinner at the restaurant on the 5th floor and were very disappointed by the lack of service--very understaffed and inattentive. The food was good but not exceptional. The gym is very small, 5 machines and on one morning there were no towels. We had to wait twice for the garage parking attendant to return to his post so that we could get out of the parking garage. So far this has been our least favorite hotel in Taiwan and we will not be back.

::Quite an upscale hotel near the main train station. I was particularly awed by the free movie channels. Breakfast was typical of Taiwanese hotels.

::Great service and equally great food. The buffet was well organized and the food was always hot. Really enjoyed the lamb and steak.
