  We wanted to rent touring bicycles to head up to the mountains from Tainan. Cowboy and the staff outfitted us with great bicycles, gave us a lot of great advice, and were generally friendly. Accidentally broke my derailleur and someone from the shop came out to replace my bike an hour outside Tainan. I can't recommend this place enough.

  I'd give six stars if I could. We rented bikes here for four days to head into the mountains, we got good bikes for a fair price and very friendly service. On day one we had problems with the derailer, so cowboy (the owner) sent someone our way with a replacement bike for no extra cost. Would recommend without blinking. 2000$NT per person for four days, including bags, spare inner tubes, lock, lights, helmets. It's good if you can give them a bit of advance notice, we dropped by the day before to talk things over and they prepped the bikes for us the next day. Only opens at noon so if you want to set off early then get your bikes a day early.

  If you’re in Tainan or the surrounding areas, you won’t find a better shop. Great customer service, good prices, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is the only place I go to get parts and service for my bike, which I also bought there.

  Abi spoke great English and was very helpful in assisting me in finding the bike I wanted. This shop has many bikes ranging from road bikes to mountain bikes. Abi took the time to show me how to adjust the seat on my new bike and explain simple mechanics I can perform by myself if I have problems with the bike on the road.

  The shop has a good variety of products. What they do not have on the floor can easily and quickly be ordered. The shop's staff is knowledgeable about products and experienced in dealing with equipment. I had my bicycle cleaned and serviced here and am happy to say that I was very pleased with the result. Non-Chinese speakers need not worry as English is also catered for by the staff.
