  Female boss was very passionate and friendly. Being a rider also, she was very helpful to introduce the Taiwan cycling scene and some of the cycling routes around.

  The female boss 陳晨 is very friendly and full of passionate 、easygoing above all she had really patient more to female customers.One of mechanic 陳震 had nice attitude and service. That’s different from other branches of giant. It’s my experience from here.

  Bought my bike here after going to other giant stores and being ignored. I keep coming back. I have never seen the bad attitude that others complain about. Most recently my gear shifter shattered while I was on a ride and their mechanic was out to a bike show. They still did everything they could do to help and had the bike repaired the same day. Giant doesn't leave much in the way of commission, but if you buy one I would suggest you buy from a place like this that will be there to support you. I have purchased 5 bikes from this store now. I will continue to go there until the day I die or until the attitude meets the other reviews.
