  Rented from them for my first big bike ride - they were very helpful and accommodating. They even let a friend help me pick up the bike the night before so I could get an early start the next day, and I appreciated their professional input when I picked out bike shorts. Will be renting from them again.

  日本からの家族旅行で台北滞在中にベビーカーのタイヤがパンクして難儀していましたが、お店のご主人と奥様が部品の在庫や互換性を調べて下さりました。残念ながら特殊なサイズのチューブのため完全には修理が出来ませんでしたが、日本帰国までの暫定的な処置として少し大きいチューブを取り付けてくれました。お店の方々の親切丁寧なご対応と咄嗟の機転に感謝感激です！おかげさまで昨日無事に日本へ帰国出来ました。本当にありがとうございました。

  I have gotten to know the owner and his family over the past few years. Note that this is a true family-run Giant franchisee store, so don't expect the owner to carry too many brands beyond what is in the Giant catalogue (but there is a fair representation of component and equipment brands). Service is excellent and the owner is a very skilled mechanic. For cyclists visiting Taipei, the owner can ship your newly purchased Giant bike back to your home country for a nominal fee.
