  Quite a few options, nice location. A bit lacking in atmosphere as it comes across as a bit dingy.

  Nice place to rest after bike ride along the riverside. They do have live music sometimes on weekends. Scared of the dogs by 1 of the restaurant owner.

  One of my favorite parks in Taipei. Especially around sunset they offer a very nice environment, with nice bike ways, alot of green areas and some tea bars and restaurants nearby.
