  One of the top hotels in Kaohsiung city, idk if it's categorised as 4 or 5 stars, but I'd give it a 4. There's also a buffet that's open to non visitors, which has excellent range of dishes in an all you can eat config.

  Good service and facilities with reasonable price. Although its facilities are a bit old, room is clean and comfortable. Also, their breakfast is very good. Therefore, I think their cost performance seems better than some most luxurious hotels in Kaohsiung. If I will have a chance to go to Kaohsiung, I would like to stay again.
