花了350想要體驗一下健康洗髮，原本肩頸按摩尚可，但到了洗髮時簡直是惡夢的開始... 美髮師不停拉扯我的頭髮、用指甲大力搓洗我的頭皮，反應洗髮太大力會痛，美髮師居然說是因為我的頭皮太脆弱所導致！之後又說是因為頭髮濕了增加重量所以會拉扯，但我之前在其他家洗完全沒有問題！到了吹頭髮時，美髮師未完全梳開頭髮就進行吹整，導致我的頭髮不斷被拉扯，美髮師居然還要我頭不要亂動不然很難吹整！到最後實在受不了，請她直接吹乾讓我離開店裡。雖然美髮師之後有表示歉意，但真的是一次很不愉快的消費經驗，絕對不會再嘗試。
