  Wow! Clerks are so rude! The 2nd fitting room girl spoke like a robot not even looking at a customer, and 1st floor casher girl was also unkind. She drop the money on the desk😱they both look like mad person~ very unprofessional i’ve never seen~

  Experienced the worst HM staff from the 5th floor-Men clothes. She had the rude and very unprofessional. Dec 29, 10 PM. Told the cashier to call the manager but no one came to solve the issue.

  I'm a bit bias here since I really love H&M and it's my go to place wherever I am, around the world. They carry clothes fit for westerners and sizing is same everywhere. The service is really good, but it's a bit stupid you can only take 7 items to the fitting room, and cannot take in store shoes to fit with the outfits. Others than that, I really love the place, it's easy to access by MRT, take the blue or green line, get off at Ximen and take exit 6, it's right there.

  Huge selection of clothing. I hardly shop at H&M in the US but the wife found lots of cute pieces for our kids here. Will come back for more shopping in the future.
