  I had stayed at 18th floor. Good view. Rooms are spacious and good service. People are helping. Morning breakfast is good. Problem front car parking is always crowded.

  Good hotel. Good service. Close to Science park where most of the tech companies are located. Staff speaks English and very close to a lot of restaurants.

  Very comfortable bed and sheets. Pillows are as soft as a cloud. Breakfast is nice and balanced for both western and locals. Staff is very well trained. Plus they have wellness center and spa. Free happy hour in drinks for guests and great location (3 min from science park). Very pleased!!

  This hotel is my favorite in Hsinchu. We stay here at every visit. The breakfast buffet is unsurpassed! We book directly from the website to get the best rooms. Prices don’t vary that much and I prefer the perks of getting a higher floor over savings on hotel discount sites. There is complimentary happy hour in the lobby with live piano performance, as well as free minibar in the room. The views from the higher floors are incredible!! I also make sure to get a facial and massage with every visit. The pool is enclosed and is usually quiet. I like to take a dip in the hot tub that is located in the women’s locker room for privacy.
