  好髒！好髒！怎麼可以一個給國際遊客旅遊的客運，收費$250，卻這麼的髒！我帶了從加拿大來的公公婆婆一家人來坐車，坐在一個這麼髒的客運，覺得好丟臉～

  The woman refused to make eye contact, clearly was not interested in providing information. When asked for directions for the Taroko Gorge bus she pointed to a really big car park and said over there. Not seeing any sign I walked to the first bus I saw and asked the driver, he directed me back towards the information centre. Fortunately a friendly local guy happened to walk past and gave us the heads up on where the bus left from. He should get a job at the information centre! Do you really need to be so haughty and rude to visitors to your country? Thankfully the vast, vast majority of Taiwanese people have been excellent, friendly and courteous. She should be fired. Reflects badly on Hualien

  火蓮火車站出口右前方最顯著的地標。內部有看板海報及摺頁資料介紹花蓮的旅遊景點。還有樂高拼成的鯨魚和紅面番鴨，是個非常可愛的空間。
