  Staff service is decent. We went for the deluxe package. Overall a good experience.

  Good as it has private hot spring in the bathroom and with some special shampoo. It has simple breakfast, transportation to MRT. Unfortunately, it has lot of things to be improved as the room rate is not cheap. 1st, the room was not cleaned properly. 2nd, staffs was not really friendly.

  Nice rooms with large private shower and hotspring tub area. Staff spoke English and were friendly. Many in suite commodities provided.
