  這家銀行很機車，第一次去警衛直接說要預約才可開戶，好不容易打通客服電話，才預約了時間，也帶好要准備的東西，結果等了半天，跟我說要良民証才可開戶，真的是爛到爆的銀行，浪費彼此的時間，害我白等，誇張到不行！

  Very bad, unprofessional and arrogant attitude, she said if I don’t have 3 4 millions, I don’t really have to open account from citi bank.

  Worst customer service I’ve seen since I’m in Taiwan.I told them that I need to open a bank account, lady asked me if I already have account in Taiwan to other banks, I told her that I do.And she asked me with a bad attitude: then why did you come to Citi bank ? Bad attitude for an international bank worker.Well it’s easy to get those jobs so their attitude is the same as the education they got...Even at the night market you get a better service haha! Poor service!
