  I thought opening an account with an international bank in Taiwan would provide better service than the local ones, yet they are still just as incompetent. What's even more ridiculous is that even when English is selected on their website, parts of the site are still in Chinese characters. I've given up on banks in Taiwan. It's like dealing with a bureaucratic rate hole where the employees seem to be poorly trained.

  場地很大，服務人員多，但是態度多不是很親切或是很積極想幫客人辦事情.感覺不是很舒服. 或許客戶要辦的在行員眼中是很沒績效的事，但是一般金融相關的小事如果都給人無法信任，要如何讓人家想找貴行處理大事.

  信用卡超難用，薪轉戶辦個自動扣款要一個半月，有花旗存帳號辦了自動扣款，沒扣還收違約金300，問了只說一個月前臨櫃辦的流程還沒跑完，跑完沒要自己再問，期間不通知，違約金也直接收，收錢帳單卻重覆mail,重覆繳付也會直接收款，不問還不退

  裡面一位鄧姓女主管非常會刁東刁西，辦事效率之差!!開戶只差沒有把戶口名簿拿出來
