  There are street performers all the way around, making funny your walking. There are also a number of good restaurants, especially one argentinian which serves juicy stakes for meat lovers.

  Biking through the banyan tree area is a fantastic experience.

  8 outdoor courts. Can always find an empty court. Both friendly young and old play there. Far from mrt station so need own vehicle or can take a taxi from ximen or longshan mrt station or wanhua train station.

  Clean, nice views. Bit crowded during peak hours.

  Big park with a soccer field, tennis courts and more. Decent views of both Taipei and New Taipei City, but not really riverside. Plenty of space to have a picknick and well-lit enough to spend the evening there.
